Nothing has been built or measured on a head yet, so the guides here are written from the design. Steps marked (unverified) have not been done on real hardware.

• Cancel a pre-order: use the "Cancel and refund" link on your order page. A deposit is refunded to your card at once. Lost the page? Write to the support address on the receipt Stripe emailed you.
• FAQ: the questions buyers ask before and after they order.
• Builder guide: from the order to JLC to wearing it.
• Troubleshooting: contacts reading badly, a chain that does not enumerate, Wi-Fi, charging, cameras.
• Safety first. If the helmet gets hot, the battery swells, or your skin is irritated, stop using it, take it off, and tell us at the support address on your receipt.
